A follower of the works of Adam Smith, “The Father of Economics,” he has studied his works and applied his teaching throughout his career. With over twenty-five years of experience in the field, this ex-franchisee of Papa John’s knows the struggles that each franchise faces on a day to day basis. Providing solutions to these problems to streamline the entire process is what led him to create CCU360, the Call Center developed by a franchisee for franchisees.

Having more than twenty years in the field, he has accomplished many great feats including heading a multi-million-dollar knowledge company for business development. He has worked in various senior and decision-making capacities in the world’s leading technology, marketing and advertising organizations. Saty carries vast experience of business development, marketing products and services ranging from Automobiles, White Goods, Airlines to Telecom and IT solutions. He has been reported on by leading business channels and dailies in India and was even the guest on CNBC TV18, UTV Bloomberg and quoted in Economic Times, Business India, Times of India, Hindustan Times and other leading Indian media. He is currently the co-founder and Director of Call Central USA, Inc, offering contact center services to some of leading fast food brands in USA.

With a Bachelor of IT & Telecom from the University of Wollongong in Sydney, Australia, Fazle brings fifteen years of experience in Outsourcing, Operation, Business Development and Transitions in Telecom, Financial Services and BPO domain. He is a member of the Australian Computer Society (ACS) since 2006 and has his diverse exposure spans across Sales, Program Management, Client Management, Operations and General Management. He has held a senior profile at both 3G Mobile and Optus Mobile in Australia and GETCO Bangladesh. Setting up and running one of the most successful CCs in the county, he was a key contributor for the transitioning of Airtel, Symphony, Unilever, Robi, VFS, AB Bank, UCBL, IPDC, Miyako, Vivo, NetPoint (Australia), Pathao, iTel, Banglalion, Marico International, Modern Herbal and SCB projects.

Raihan Ahmed

A North South University graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Raihan has spent twenty years gaining invaluable experience and knowledge in various fields across the board. While his main domain resides in the Operations sector of global outsourcing, his range of expertise includes customer service, communications, outsourcing and technology. Raihan is essential in managing the core infrastructure of the Call Center, from inception to operations of the multiple campaigns. With a plethora of both domestic and international clients in a variety of industries including food and beverages, telecommunications, banking, health, media, FMCG, government service, analytics and marketing verticals, Raihan’s ability to calmly handle the complexities of the job, wherever it might be, is essential to our team.
